Obviously these tree guards are for young saplings which require protection from the elements and to ensure stability whilst rooting and whilst I may have preferred them a bit longer than .5 metres, as I'm an absolute novice gardener I suppose the person who designed them isn't although I find them ideal to protect and stablise my young Italian Cypruss trees so for that I thank you.
